If you have a complaint, it should be made directly to the person in charge, and we will deal with it immediately.
Written complaints should be made using our ISO 'Opportunity for Improvement' forms available on each suite.
These forms are dealt with by a Management Representative within 24 hours.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, then you may then complain to the National Care Standards on 01772 730100 direct.
